Dr. Bao N. Nguyen
Dr. Bao Nguyen is a board-certified family physician caring for patients of all ages. Born in Vietnam, Dr. Nguyen's family moved to Northern Virginia, where he grew up and later received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners & American Osteopathic Association. He is fluent in both English & Vietnamese. Experienced in both Family Practice & Urgent Care, he enjoys treating patients of all ages. As a family practitioner, Dr. Nguyen is able to provide comprehensive medical care to the entire family, from newborns to grandparents. With training in Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Nguyen strongly believes in preventive medicine for the promotion of wellness. Dr. Nguyen's practice philosophy is to have an open physician-patient communication, with emphasis on maintaining optimal health through patient education.

"I am the proud father of a three year old little girl. My wife & I have lived in the Northern Virginia area since 2004. My hobbies are fishing and spending time with my family. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures around the world. I am looking forward to establishing a relationship with our patients at Generations Family Practice."
